1. All final prices are in $USD based on early bird and regular pricing quoted at time of offering. Early bird pricing expired after July 31. 2024. Early bird pricing for non-players is valid through January 31, 2025
2. If you are on the priority waitlist and we are not able to place you on the tour, you will receive a full refund of your deposit ($1,485 early bird or $1,525 regular for pickleball players and $1,035 early bird or $1,070 for non-pickleball players). 
3. If, however, after being selected and confirmed for the trip you decide to cancel, you will forfeit your full deposit.
4. Final balance is due 90 days prior to tour. 
5. Cancellation Policy: If canceling 90 days or more from date of tour: 100% refund of tour price, less initial deposit. If canceling 61-90 days from date of trip: 50% refund of total amount paid. If canceling 60 or fewer days from date of trip: No refund
